SECTION 21 – ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR GOLD JEWELRY

Return Policy (6-7 Working Days)

• You can return 22K gold jewelry within 6-7 working days of delivery for a full refund, subject to inspection.
• Personalized and made-to-order jewelry can only be returned if defective.
• Claims for missing items or empty boxes must be submitted within 24 hours with an unboxing video as proof.

Lifetime Exchange & Buyback (Valid for 5 Years)

• Exchange: The gold value will be adjusted based on 22K purity, while diamonds, solitaires, and pearls will be credited at full purchase value. Making charges and GST are non-refundable.
• Buyback: Gold value (adjusted for 22K purity) and diamonds/solitaires/pearls will be refunded at 90% of their purchase value. A 3% processing charge
• Final exchange/buyback value may vary based on product inspection.

Product Weight Variation

• Prices are based on average product weight. If the actual weight varies, a refund or additional charge may apply.

Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.
• The original invoice and certificates must be provided for returns/exchanges.

6-Month Warranty

• Covers manufacturing defects but does not cover regular wear and tear, impact damage, or missing stones.
• If repairs are not possible, we may offer a replacement of equal value.

Lifetime Plating Service

• Available for 5 years from the purchase date for eligible jewelry.

Exclusions

• Discounts or special offers on gold jewelry apply only to diamond-studded pieces.

SECTION 22 – ADDITIONAL TERMS FOR 925 SILVER JEWELRY

Returns & Exchanges (6-7 Working Days)

• You can return or exchange 925 silver jewelry within 6-7 working days, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
• Customized silver jewelry is not available at Zvar Jewels, so all returns follow standard policy.
• Personalized or customized gold jewelry is non-returnable unless defective.

Warranty & Repairs (6 Months)

• Our 6-month warranty covers manufacturing defects
• It does not cover regular wear, tarnishing, or accidental damage.
• If eligible, we will either repair or replace the item at our discretion.

Plating & Care

• 925 silver jewelry may naturally tarnish over time. Store it properly and polish it occasionally to maintain its shine.
• Avoid contact with moisture, perfumes, and harsh chemicals to preserve its quality.
