    All prices on our website are listed in Rupees and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes, as stated. We reserve the right to change product prices without prior notice, but such changes will not affect orders already placed.

  3. Order Confirmation & Processing
    Once your payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. Orders for silver products will be processed within 2 days, while orders for gold products will be processed within 4-5 business days. You will also receive notification with the shipment details accordingly.
  4. Payment Failures & Declined Transactions
    If your payment fails, please check the following:
    • Ensure that your card details or UPI ID are entered correctly.
    • Check if your bank has sufficient balance or credit limit.
    • Contact your bank to ensure there are no restrictions on your transaction.
    • Please try an alternative payment method. If you continue to have issues, please contact our customer support team.
  1. Refunds & Cancellations
    • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed for shipping.
    • Refunds: Refunds for canceled orders or returned products (if applicable) will be processed within 10 business days and credited to the original payment method.

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms
    • COD is available for selected locations and order values.
    • A verification call/message may be sent before confirming the COD order.
    • Customers must provide the exact amount in cash at delivery, as delivery agents may not carry change.
  2. Taxes & Additional Charges
    All applicable taxes and charges will be mentioned at checkout. Additional charges (such as international transaction fees or currency conversion charges) may be levied by your bank, for which we are not responsible.
